Of course if you’re only doing it for your own reference you can use what you like to get you to a point where you can use it but for clients, if it’s not legible it’s not worth the paper it’s printed on!įortunately for us in our early days we found some software that did the job perfectly without shelling out a penny and that was Google Sketchup. There are a fair few out there and most that are worth using will cost you an arm and a leg. Unfortunately the boycott of modern day design could never happened because to be honest, it works and it is always a more accurate interpretation of the space no matter how good your measurements are.
